Shiba Inu that really didn’t want to go for a walk becomes adorable embroidered brooch

dog 1

This is surely only the beginning. We must immortalize the defiant dog’s face in every product we can possibly imagine.

It was just an ordinary, rainy June day when Hana’s master tried to take her outside for a little walk. And while rain has little to no effect on a properly attired human, Hana wanted nothing to do with the terrible weather.

The photo was shared thousands of times on Twitter and one fan decided to turn that moment into beautiful embroidered brooches, adorable cheeks and all.

Mami, the crafter behind the brooch, would love to eventually offer these to the general public, but because she is making each one individually by hand, she has to figure out a way to ramp up production. At least she won’t run out of any “dog muses” any time soon, as there seems to be no shortage of dogs fervently denying walks. We hope this is the first of many adorable crafts that capture what it’s like to be a dog that really doesn’t want to go outside.
