New gachapon figures of Choju-giga animals are the perfect way to decorate your afternoon drink!

Turn your day-drinking game up to eleven!

We’ve already seen one set of tiny figures for the Choju-jinbutsu-giga (usually just shortened as the Choju-giga), or Scrolls of Frolicking Animals and Scrolls of Frolicking Animals and Humans, this year, but even so, we have to admit we’re excited to get our hands on new anthropomorphic gachapon animals.

The set includes seven animals — including three frogs, two rabbits, a cat, and a monkey — in various poses and you’ll be able to get them for 300 yen (US$2.73) a piece at Tokyu Hands or wherever fine gachapon/capsule toys are sold.

As you can see, these aren’t merely tiny figures — they’re also perfect for hanging off a cup of bourbon or whatever else you happen to enjoy at work.

▼ Mad Men would have been much more festive if Don Draper
had demanded that all his glasses be decorated with Choju-giga figures.

▼ Here are all the figures you’ll be able to buy!

▼ There’s still enough room to add a bit of horror to that glass…

Now that you have way more cute animal hangers than you’ll ever need, you might want to get a cup to dangle them from. If so, it might be time to head to South Korea to get these ultra-fashionable coffee cups! Mr. Coffee Cup will look absolutely dapper with a rabbit swinging in front of his nose.
